Muay Thai Boxing Fitness
Utilize our expert Muay Thai facilities and trainers to sculpt yourself a perfect physique, shed pounds, gain some of the traditional ancient skills of Thailand national sport, Muay Thai and gain strength and conditioning. One of the most effective classes in our fitness programs.

People just like you! We have all ages, male and female join our fitness camp here in Phuket. From all levels and shapes. There’s no need to an athlete of even be physically fit, we’re here to help you achieve that goal and monitor your progress throughout the programs.
How long are your fitness programs?
We recommend a weeks stay at the camp. However we have many guests who stay much longer and the days routine runs from 7am to 4pm everyday except Sundays.
What should I bring with me?
Training clothing, t shirts and gym wear. Remember, Phuket is hot which is actually a great benefit for our fitness programs. We’ve also got a fully stocked shop on site for clothing and equipment.
Are there other benefits to the fitness program?
You’ll enjoy sharing a common goal with like minded individuals who are on the course with you. You find yourself happier and healthier among new found friends.

Whats included in the Fitness camp program?
On arrival at the camp, you’l be given a full fitness appraisal and your goals established for the rest of your stay. Based on the targets set, our trainers will personalize any aspects of the numerous exercises to fit your needs.
